If you go to databases on the library homepage, there is a section on Health & Medicine. The "Health & Wellness Resource Center" and the "ProQuest Health & Medical Complete" should have articles on health administration. Make sure you limit the results to full text and scholarly/peer-reviewed if needed.
You can use Summon (first tab under the slideshow) to search. You will get a lot of results after you search your topic, so you will want to use the limiters on the left toolbar to focus on the items you want. Choosing "full-text" and "exclude newspapers" will help.
