If you are using a "virtual" machine in the Library or on campus, you will need to plug your jumpdrive into a USB port then mouse near the top of the screen to reveal a hidden toolbar with a "Connect USB" button. After clicking "Connect USB", you will see the traditional window for accessing the jumpdrive's contents.
