Study rooms must be checked out at the circulation desk. Present your campus ID at the circulation desk to borrow the key for one, two or three hours. Three are on a first-come, first-served basis.  Three can be reserved online.

  • Study rooms are to be used for individual or group studying/coursework only.

  • Back-to-back and/or multiple reservations by a group are not allowed and can be canceled by library staff if rooms are in high demand.

  • Reservations that are not claimed within 15 minutes of the reservation time will be canceled.

  • Study rooms are not soundproof.  Your noise level should not interfere with the studies of other groups in the area.

  • Please be courteous and vacate the room when your time is up or when the library is closing. Be sure the room is clean and locked when you leave. The key must be returned to the circulation desk.

  • There are two large, non-walled collaborative spaces (201 and 202) on the second floor that can also be reserved online and used for small groups.
